My approach

Over the past 18 years as a professional photographer, I’ve had the privilege of meeting wonderful people and mastering my craft across a vast array of environments and challenges.

And, I’ve loved every minute.

Whether shooting a wedding, a portrait, or a commercial project, I start by connecting with you to understand your personality, your vision and your goals. I translate that inspiration into timeless images that you will cherish more and more as time passes.

Images that aren’t overly posed, that aren’t expected. Images that make you feel something.

I’m a mom to three perfect little Lamys, who are my best friends, and the loves of my life.

I speak French and Arabic, and decent Spanish and Italian.

I’m a painter, a boxer, and I have an absurdly enormous collection of antique letters, photographs, and cameras. Despite the fact that I’m completely out of room, I have an addiction to hunting flea markets.

I can tell you anything about Rhode Island history.

I have a Masters in International Peace and Conflict Resolution (long story), and I’m incredibly bad at all math, except geometry, which I’m weirdly good at.

I have traveled everywhere on my bucket list and more, so now I’m working on a whole new list.

I’ve shot hundreds of weddings, and I can honestly say that each is a completely unique playground full of creative inspiration.
